Hirevue was regarding some basic information on why company and why position. Qualitative but it relies on more of your finance sense. Definitely be prepared for discussing your own resume and specific experiences. Finance background is not required but encouraged.
I had at first the Assessment Exams with many reasoning exams: numerical, verbal, among others. Later on I received a link for a Hirevue interview with basic behavior and motivation questions. Phone interview with behavior questions.
