I got questions like Why did you apply for the position? What could you bring to the team? What are the main challenges of the project? SOme Python ( list, tuple) and SQL (joins) questions? Project management skills?
It was the first round, initial phone conversation. I was asked about my background and the work gap I have. That was probably the reason for not getting a callback despite having a refferal.
