I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Grand Blanc, MI) in Oct 2013
Interview
The interview process was very informal. They brought me in to tour the place after I had stopped by their booth at a job fair. They asked some pretty generic questions to get a feel for my personality and what I am looking for in a job. They were very kind and receptive to all of my questions. The only drawback to the whole process was they made it seem like I would not be making cold calls and using my friends as family as practice, however in the end that's exactly what you do.
It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
