Interview
First round phone call (1hr), followed by a standard interview day. A research talk, and then 30min individual meetings with junior and senior team members. It was very typical to academic postdoctoral interview days.

They will ask you questions about your research background and if you have any experience or interest in the research they are performing.
Only had a quick screening interview, with basic questions (background, interest in the company, ability to relocate, starting date). I was told they would let me know either way but they never followed up

I was reached out by a Talent Acquisition. I submitted the application through the link I was given. Straight forward process: 30 min phone call with the HR -> 30-45 min WebEx meeting with the hiring manager -> full day interview with the broader team, including 1 hr seminar on your research
