You should pass first the exam. Then they will schedule you for an Interview. Very Light atmosphere, very nice and accomodating Humam resource staff, after the first interview there is another interview by the manager.

Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
