Interview
Interview process was very selective. Applicants who were successful were invited to a breakfast presentation and given a tour of the head office. Applicants scheduled their interview to a time that suited them and given a quick case study to look over before the interview.

Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel
