I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Canberra) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online. Got initial phone screen in 1 week. Was advised of progression to next round 2 days after phone screen. The second round interview was confirmed a week later and the interview itself was about 10 days after the initial phone screen and the delay was due to a director's availability. The first round interview was with a Senior manager that I would be reporting to and a director from the business unit. The interview was for about an hour and involved about 25% technical questions which were pretty straight forward for the level I applied for and the rest were competency and behavioural questions and based on PwC values listed on the website. Was advised of successfully clearing the second round the same day within about 4 hours of the interview. Was asked to attend the final round with the Managing director of the business unit the day after. Interview with the Managing director was pretty conversational and again the managing director was looking for evidence of PwC values. The interview was for around an hour. The whole interview process was very engaging and straight forward. The focus was more towards how I would fit within the company and the team, was I ready for continual learning and development, was I open minded and agile, was I bold and confident, was I ethical, was I willing to contribute to the company etc. The focus towards technical abilities was not very high. I think they believed what was in my CV and did not consider it necessary to cross check the details.
I was made an offer the next day after the Managing director interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PwC (Moscow, Moskva) in Feb 2014
Interview
The Firm is serious about it's people so they look for culture fit in addition to intelligence and experience. I took the business case very seriously and wrote about what I would bring to the Firm.
