I applied on the company website. The whole process took a month. First step was a screening call from HR which was followed up by an invitation to an on-site interview. The interview panel consisted of HR Specialist and the department's Manager. First half of the interview involved going through my CV step by step and the second one focused on the behavioural questions. The HR Specialist asked most of the questions. They were very particular about every item left out from the CV, not only any career gaps but even the qualification that increased my profile, but I simply had too many to include all in my CV. Overall, it was a very standard interview. They really wanted to understand my motivation for moving to an admin role after working in training (was asked that twice). Result: a week later I received a rejection call. I was told that in their opinion this role is too entry level for me and I will get bored. Which was a surprising assumption, because I repeatedly stated in my interview that this is exactly what I want and like to do.
