I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Bengaluru) in Apr 2021
Interview
Applied on SAP career portal. Received e-mail after a week to attend a voluntary online assessment, 7 days deadline to attend it. It was 3 coding questions to be submitted within 24 hours of starting the assessment.
Could solve 2/3 questions, received the automated results after submission.. Was contacted by Recruiter a week later to schedule an interview.
Was scheduled a technical interview for 30mins, the interviewer cancelled it on the day of interview. It was rescheduled after few days with the same interviewer. This time he was available. But it seemed like he was least intrested to conduct interview. Started going through the resume during interview. Without knowing my profile started asking irrelevant tech questions.. he was from a different background and didn't know the basics of javascript. So, somehow passed the time by asking irrelevant algorithm questions and about past project experience.
It all felt like he was forced to take my interview.
Right after the interview, my application status was changed to "Not selected".
Interview with SAP was a pathetic experience !!
Conversation was easy and friendly not too many technical question. two persons were there . the project manager was quit friendly and the environment was also quit nice and friendly.
