This was my worst experience for the interview process. At first the HR approached me over call for React JS UI Developer , I confirmed with HR thrice over call that since my skill is only React JS , so please confirm whether I can appear in interview or not and she said yes. When I went there , there were more than 100 candidates with different skills . My first round went well , but after that they started asking me that since you have no skills as JAVA or Spring Boot we cant take your candidature forward. They asked me to wait , I waited for 2 hours and then I complained to one HR head about this that if they dont need any React JS resource why have they called me . Now the real plot begins. The HR person convinced that he will consider my request and then began my second round. In this round there were several technical experts sitting in "cafeteria" , and they started discussing among themselves (in front of me ) that no one was willing to take my interview and then an interviewer came asked me two question( simple theoretical ) and left for lunch and finally came after 30 min and said "your interview is over". I again complained that everyone was just fulfilling the formality of taking my interview. Then i had two more rounds of interview with some non technical experts for 5-7 mins and finally they asked me to leave. "HOW CAN MY SKILLS BE TESTED IN 5 MIN" ? , the morale goes down if you are answering a question and the interviewer leaves in between , the depressing environment it had there had put my confidence down . When you know you cannot be selected even if you answer whole questions , there is no point of taking fake interviews or telling the candidate to wait till 5 in evening with no reasons. The HR person who contacts over call should exactly tell the skill set required because sometimes we travel for hours to appear for interview and when we see all these , we atlast find ourselves to the point where we stand no where.
