Applied online and answered a few questions. Went to local store to answer a questionnaire that had basic Strength/weakness questions. Also questions toward making change. After, I had a call from another store in the area who said they were hiring. Interview was a basic interview, nothing special. The person giving the interview didn't seem competent to be giving the interview.
