hr scheduled a screening call but I somehow was called a day before the scheduled time, but the hr didn't realize that, then I was called again the next day

Multiple rounds first was hr, second was with the hiring manager, then final one was in person at the office with multiple team members. Mostly personality questions but a few tech questions
Good over all three rounds and final discussion with hr and head of the department and no assessment or anything as such easy if you are prepared with basics and have experience in the industry
