Panel interview. As many as 20 people rotate questioning. Interview questions are mostly simple. Experienced leaders would not have any issues delivering solid answers. I personally feel only 2 or 3 people is sufficient for an interview.
Panel interview with store leadership, department team leaders, order writers and team members. They went around and the room and ask minimum 2 questions. You would provide an opening statement as to why you would be the best candidate and a closing statement.
