Interview
The interview process was very rushed and unprofessional. Please be advised that this company utilizes a company called HireVue, in which you are required to conduct a highly impersonal, recorded session of yourself answers preselected questions by Whole Foods. From an HR perspective, this is a HUGE red-flag. These type of interviews can turn to be problematic if things such as discrimination and unconscious bias creeps in. This is a conversation that many in the HR are talking about as it related to Whole Foods.
