I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Rochester, MI) in Jan 2022
Interview
Super easy, informal -- team leaders were very nice, didn't give me a tour of the store or discuss benefits, pay, etc -- only asked a few questions and they were mostly personal/basic questions.
I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Death Valley, CA)
Interview
Simple and easy and it just asked a bunch of questions about availability and the responsibilities of the job and more stuff like that and also more stuff and more and more stuff
They were desperate for help. I had experience so there wasn’t much of a vetting process. We just spoke about my prior grocery experience and the Whole Foods culture. They asked a few generic interview questions and it was pretty quick and painless. I received an offer on the spot and accepted.
