Honestly, it wasn't bad at all, just a few questions and I was hired on the spot with a higher starting pay. Most tedious part was waiting, but thats to be expected with a grocery store.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2025
Interview
I first had to pass a personality test. Then the AI 'allowed' me to setup my own interview time. Went to the store and the person that was supposed to interview me wasn't there so an assistant had to do it. Questions were basic, interviewer didn't seem too interested in it. Told me the AI chatbot would let me know by the following Monday if they were going to move forward or not. That was two weeks ago from the date of writing this and I have not heard back. Going to assume I was ghosted yet again.
