1st: Phone interview if they are interested. They will ask you about your availability and why whole foods?
2nd: In person interview with two people. They are going to ask you to describe different scenarios and why you chose whole foods?
3rd: With the assistance manager. It wasn't long at all. He asked me to tell him a little about myself. What do I know about whole foods?
Then you'll get a phone call saying if you got the job or not.
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.
