About the Role

Northwood Racquet & Fitness Club is the premier racquet sports and junior development facility in the Lehigh Valley, and we're building something most clubs aren't: an AI-powered system that runs across our sales, scheduling, marketing, and member operations. We're looking for an AI Automation Intern who's hungry to build it with us.

This is a hands-on, high-trust role for someone who's genuinely obsessed with AI tools and automation, the kind of person who's already building things on their own and wants a real business to apply it to. You'll work directly with ownership on live systems that actually run the club. If you want to walk away with a portfolio piece that proves you can build real AI systems from scratch, this is the opportunity.

We're not looking for someone to coast. We're looking for someone who wants to show what they can do.

What You'll Build

• Install, configure, and deploy AI agent platforms (OpenClaw and similar) on our Windows systems
• Build AI agents across club operations: sales follow-up, scheduling, marketing, and member communications
• Connect our software stack: booking software, Constant Contact, social media, Telegram, and more, using Make.com, Zapier, and APIs
• Automate the repetitive manual tasks that eat up our team's time
• Write and refine prompts and agent instructions for reliable, consistent results
• Document your work clearly so the systems are repeatable and easy to run

What We're Looking For

• Real proficiency with AI tools and large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar)
• Hands-on experience installing and configuring software, ideally agent frameworks like OpenClaw; comfortable in a Windows environment and command line
• Familiarity with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier) and basic API concepts
• A builder's mindset, you figure things out, you don't wait to be told
• Strong communication and the ability to document and explain your work clearly
• Hungry, reliable, and takes real ownership of what they build
• Computer science, engineering, or information systems background is a plus, but what you've actually built matters more than your major
