Pros

Great company to work for. Salary and benefits are top class and way above the consulting industry (where I worked previously). The company is extremely multicultural and inclusive.

Cons

The only cons I noticed is the pace of work which sometimes can be perceived as slow compare to other companies (it can be also considered as a pros). I am still to new to judge the career advancement, but I was told it i quite slow compare to other companies/industries. Beside, I didn't notice other cons.
