      Great perks like free lunch and annual trip to Amsterdam . Fun team to work with. Look forward to going to work each day

      Progression . Nothing much else is a cons actually. I love working here very much. I can’t hit the twenty word count needed!!

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
