      The opportunities were there if you wanted to go for them! Great people amazing team work

      Cons

      The redundancies of the UK CS offices left a sour taste which is super sad as the benefits and the development opportunities were there - shame it ended the way it did 😞

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
