I applied through other source. I interviewed at Deloitte (Hyderābād) in Aug 2016
Interview
It was an off campus recruitment drive in Hyderabad. Lots of candidates showed up. So the first round was basically a communication skills round where every candidate has to speak on a topic of their own choice for about 2 minutes. I was not selected with many others. Their reason for rejection was that I was working as an asst. systems engineer(11 months), so they are considering me as experienced and clearly I didn't had any skills relevant to this job. In the job description experience required was 0-2 yrs, so I asked them to consider me as a fresher, but they didn't. They should have mentioned clearly in the job description that if you are applying as an experienced then you should have relevant skills. I thought that anyhow they will be training us and groom our skills that are required.
College hire Government and public service. 2 behavior interviews and 1 case study. Case study was 2 business scenarios and what would be my process to solve them. We went back and forth on solutions.
