On campus Hiring process in one of the private Universities of Bhubaneswar.

Deloitte was offering 4 profiles and CTC offered was 7.6 lakhs for each

3 rounds were there for consulting profile .

First round was Computer based aptitude test taken on AMCAT.

Second was a GD/JAM round

And last round consisted of tech+hr interview
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
