I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
Process was pleasant. 3 Total interviews, all over zoom (because of the pandemic). Wear a Suit. First Interview is 30 Minutes with a Manager, 15 Minutes Behavioral (Talk about your projects and just general conversation) 15 Minutes Technical (No Algorithms/Live Coding, Kind of Exam Style Short Answer Questions). Second Interview is two 30 Minute Interviews, one Technical with an Architect and one Behavioral with a Manager. Technical Questions were a bit tough, and cover almost every class in a CS Degree Curriculum. The last behavioral one was very pleasant, basically just a conversation about you with a Manager, he seemed very interested and was very nice.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Tell me about X Project you have listed on your Resume.
It was pretty doable despite the pressure, technical covers a case, behavioral covers who you are. In the case they expect you to show your thought processes and how you would tackle the problem at hand.
The hiring process begins with a behavioral interview to assess communication and cultural fit, followed by a discussion with the hiring manager, and concludes with a comprehensive final technical interview.

Question 1
How would you define success and a moment when you had to confront someone?
I applied online. I interviewed at Deloitte (Lake Mary, FL) in Oct 2025
Interview
Had an online coding assessment followed by 3 interviews, 30 mins each. First was a profile interview, then case study, and finally a behavioral. The "hardest" part was the case study but as long as you think things through and understand the problem it is fair game. Try as much as possible to think reasonable and ask questions so you have no chance of misunderstanding the question.

Online Assessment: Given a string of directions representing: up, down, left, right, determine whether the path forms a valid rectangle.
Case Study: Describe how/where you would use Al/automation to reduce cost, manage patient flow, and optimize staffing in a hospital setting.
