I did three interview for the Audit trainee program. After the final one I was refused the job because according to the recruiters I was too shy and I had poor communication skills. What annoys me is the fact that if according to them I was too shy they might have stopped the process after the first interview, and my communication skills were considered poor by people who could not even speak English properly (three interviewers out of four had poor English skills).
