Interview
I applied through my college career site(handshake) for GPS RFA analytics internship. Interview process was straightforward and consisted of 3 30 minute behavioral interviews. Whole process was pretty quick. I was surprised it wasn’t more technical considering it was an analytics position that required a quantitative background. Only received one technical question.
Screening, HR round, and interview round were smooth. The interviewers were very supportive and motivating. I felt nervous during the process, but they helped me stay calm without any discouragement
Full behavioral screen, very nice recruiters and interviewers and a clearly explained process. Quick turnaround on everything and you will get a call regardless of getting the job or not.
