Molto formale, vieni subito messo in una comfort zone in cui per ovvi motivi vieni motivato e la rendita del colloquio è molto alta. HR con cui mi sono interfacciato una delle persone più gentile e preparate che abbia incontrato nei vari colloqui effettuati.

Primo colloquio con HR telefonico, secondo colloquio con HR conoscitivo, terzo colloquio tecnico con responsabile. Il colloquio conoscitivo é molto tranquillo in quanto viene chiesto di parlare delle proprie esperienze, percorsi di studio ecc, la seconda parte é abbastanza impegnativa in quanto vengono poste domande molto tecniche
