MongoDB Associate Project Manager interview questions

My application processes stopped after the HR call. It was pretty casual. I was asked to go through my work experience. After I started speaking for less than a minute, the recruiter interrupted in an impatient manner and started asking her list of questions instead. The recruiter was pretty new at the company and their role (the person clearly mentioned of the approximate time since they joined the company). The person wasn't able to provide any answer to my questions about paid leaves and the basics in compensation package. The person rushed to end the call right after, before I could ask few more basic questions as I usually would in the HR call with other companies. After the HR call, there'd be a 30-min call with hiring manager if it was a good match.
