3 steps, done through hirevue, situational judgement type exams and then a test judging non verbal and verbal reasoning skills - It was less personalised as we didn't get to speak to an employee one-on-one

The test on the precific platform. Included questions on logic etc. Didn’t ask for cover letter which is weird for this type of programme. They are interested whether you can find similar figures on the picture, but dont care about the motivation
