Pros
Working with the Leading Edge technology keeps skills fresh and cutting edge. It also creates and environment that promotes constant learning.
Cons
So far I have not noticed much cons other than the limited though and direction of the company as a whole. The purchase of Nortel got them into a whole new market, but it looks like they are not going to take advantage of the legacy product that has been doing soo well.
