Poor management. Benefits are not so good, salary not good. There are folks that have been working for 3+ years and still have not received salary increase. Motivation is down and there are folks that have quit and or talk about quitting. Does not matter how late you work, but need to be in the office at 8:00 a.m. You are watched at all times, it makes it difficult to be there. However, employees encourage each other. The folks that do have the incentives and above and beyond salary is the executives. When they decide on cutting cost, it's taken from the employees, not management. If you know how to sweet talk and kiss up you're favored, otherwise your no one.
