I have attended Capgemini interview 2 times. In the phone screening HR told that the position is for SSIS and SQL and I had informed her that I don't have experience in SSRS and SSAS. And she said they are looking for only SSIS and SQL. They scheduled the first round and it went well and I cleared it
After one week I got call and they told that I have cleared the first round and they will be scheduling 2nd round. in the 2nd Round one techo manager interviewed me and I had answered 90% technical questions. He was asking why I haven't learnt SSRS or SSAS or any other ETL tool. I had told him that our project didn't require those technology but I am trained in those technologies , as I don't have hands-on experience I may not be able to answer on those technologies. He was checking if I am in comfort zone as I have been working for same organisation for past 8years and asking irrelevant questions. Then I didn't hear back from Capgemini team so assumed that I haven't cleared the 2nd round.
Again in June I got call from HR and told that they have opening for SSIS developer role and I said okay. they scheduled the interview and that interviwer asked me to introduce myself and asked to explain on ssis transformation, types of constraints and one question on triggers. I had answered all these questions and after that he said he is done and HR will get back. That interview was only for 1 0min. Next day again I got from another HR and said they have opening and asked if I am interested. I said that I have attended the interview previous day and they checked the database and said I was rejected and told that this opening is for different account and asked if I am interested . I said no.
And now daily I am getting calls from Capgemini for SSIS developer position and I am saying no to them.
