Answered job posted in Monster. Few days later received call from HR manager. Wanted to discuss job submitted for. Then scheduled telephone interview with one of the hiring managers. During interview the manager expressed reservations that I could work the normal 12-14 hour, 7 days. Hiring manager than ended interview with understanding that he would like for me to meet him and his team at their NY location. The HR manager coordinated the interview. Interview was held in the NY office and comprised of 4 separate sessions, one on one. The total time was 4 hours. Did not feel I got the job, and still sensed hiring manager doubted I would adapt to their work schedule. Within 3 days of the interviews, the HR manager called me to say that they decided to go with another candidate. I appreciated the opportunity of the interview and the professionalism of the HR manager. Would I like to work 12-14 hour days, 7 days a week. Something I could manage, but not something I need to worry about since I was not hired.

Le processus d'entretien était rapide et fluide : premier tour avec le RH, ensuite un entretien avec le N+1, puis un dernier avec le N+2. Toutes ces personnes ont été respectueuses et les entretiens ont été de vrais échanges. C'est d'autant plus surprenant que, malgré une relance courtoise de ma part, je n'ai pas eu de retour.

Abordagem via LinkedIn, com retorno rápido e entrevista agendada com recrutador via WhatsApp.
Realizada a entrevista com recrutadora e a mesma disse que iria retornar em breve agendando com gestor.
Retorno breve (uma semana) mais ou menos com data e horário para entrevista com gestor (segunda etapa).
Entrevista com gestor mais longa, onde perguntou sobre experiências, com resolvi determinadas situações bem como uma troca de visões sobre determinadas situações em projetos.
Entrevista encerrada gestor informou que a recrutadora retornaria com próximos passos e isso nunca ocorreu, apesar da minha mensagem 2 semanas depois perguntando sobre o processo.
Fiquei sabendo da “conclusão” do processo pelo anúncio do próprio profissional contratado pela Deloitte, no LinkedIn.
Resumindo: uma empresa com processo seletivo fraco, desrespeitoso, que te aborda, toma seu tempo e não tem a mínima capacidade ou educação de retornar (seja positivo ou negativo) com uma mensagem informando sobre o processo. Ignoram sua mensagem como se simplesmente nao te conhecesse (poucos dias antes a simpatia e recorrência dos contatos era outra). Ja faz um mês que enviei uma mensagem de follow up e estou sem resposta até hoje.
Não percam o tempo de vocês com esta empresa. Pelos próprios relatos internos você vê como funciona a cultura, o que já deveria ter sido um alerta para não prosseguir com o processo. Simplesmente eles não respeitam os profissionais, é uma empresa grande e somente isso.
