I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Oct 2014
Interview
We had three exams evaluating our English and problem solving skills, then a few interviews with some project managers, mostly non-technical questions were asked.
The exams were easy for the most part, but were timed and that made them a little more complicated.
The interviews were not very technical, I was asked what languages did I know, what projects had I done while I was in school and if I knew the software development life cycle. Given that the position was for an entry level IT Specialist, the process wasn't very lengthy or particularly difficult.
good as what i read online and heard from friends past experience. Would recommend to others as well. The HR person is really friendly and efficient on communication and logistics
First group interview with a problem topic shown forehead. Prepare a ppt and share it with candidates in the first round. the second round is the individual interview in which questions based on your CV are provided.

Interview
Friendly interviewer, especially for new grad. Encourage you to share your experience. The job content matched what was discussed during the interview. Did not ask unreasonable question. Also give you time to ask question about the company. Quite an enjoyable interview experience.
