Interview was conducted poorly, where I had to speak to an HCL America vendor before speaking to the Site Manager. The rate was not accurate upon joining, no visibility into pay in interview.

First we exchanged emails about how and when the phone interview was about to happen. After getting all that done and passing phone interview, you now get a face to face.
