I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview was easy where they tested the infra knowledge. Had a couple of rounds of tech interviews.
1st round is mainly the core infra questions and the 2nd round is having the coding/terraform questions.
Did a three stage interview process, just for them to not get back to me and then when they did they wanted to change the salary range and move me to a different role, shocking process.
The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.
