I gave my resume to an employee at a campus career fair and was contacted via email for a phone interview. During the phone interview, he asked me more open-ended questions to gauge my logic and thinking. I was contacted two weeks later via email inviting me to second round interviews.
There was a dinner the night before where you have the opportunity to meet the interviewers and ask questions. There were two groups of students of about twenty-five each, one in the morning and afternoon. There were four interviews that were very conversational, making it hard to gauge how an interviewer is evaluating me (in my opinion). My interviewers didn't ask me very much about my resume or technical questions, but encouraged me to ask questions. After the interviews, we were held in the waiting room for over an hour while they deliberated and were called out individually to either have another interview or put on a bus to go back to the hotel, meaning you didn't receive an offer.
