Job Title: IT Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Developer to join our team. The IT Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, designing and implementing system integrations, and ensuring that our technology solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, be familiar with various programming languages and frameworks, and be able to work collaboratively with other members of the IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and integrations
• Collaborate with other members of the IT team to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions
• Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code
• Test and debug software applications to ensure that they meet functional and performance requirements
• Maintain code documentation and version control using industry-standard tools and practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and make recommendations for improvements
• Provide technical guidance and support to other members of the IT team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java or C# .NET
• Experience with modern web development frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Familiarity with VB and Classic ASP a plus
• Ability to process bulk data loading
• Ability to write and update reports (Crystal Reports or PowerBI, is a plus)
• Familiarity with databases with an emphasis on SQL Server
• Understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Working Conditions: The IT Developer will work in an office environment with occasional remote work opportunities. They may be required to work outside of regular business hours to meet project deadlines.

Physical Requirements: The IT Developer may be required to sit for extended periods of time and perform tasks on a computer.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
