IBM Applications Developer (Salesforce) interview questions

Simple interview rounds, first round involved solving 20 questions in 30 minutes, two questions being simple Java programming assessment and the remaining questions being multiple choice questions, next round was a recorded interview round which involved answering questions using the SMART goal analogy and the third was unfortunately not availed to me (probably rejected).
