LMI is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the deployment and evolution of IronGate, an ETL solution focused on moving data from commercial environments into secure environments. You’ll be an initial member of a small, cross-functional team maintaining this product on contract. This position requires the ability to obtain a clearance - U.S. citizenship is required. This role requires quarterly travel for in person team planning and collaboration events.

IronGate sits within LMI’s Chief Technology Office. We’re a small, high-visibility team building an ETL for federal agencies. The culture is more startup than traditional government contractor; we move fast, solve problems in design spikes rather than scheduled reviews, and care more about outcomes than process. That said, we’re building for users who need reliability and trust, so craft and attention to detail matter.

You’ll work daily with our Product Manager, Engineering Lead, and Product Team. The roadmap for IronGate is still being formed, so you’ll be joining during a great time to help forge our path forward.

The TPM will serve as the senior technical lead and primary client-facing presence for the IronGate deployment, translating defense customer requirements into ETL configuration, overseeing a deeply technical multi-disciplinary team, and bridging hands-on execution with senior non-technical leadership. This role requires someone who can move quickly, communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, and own the end-to-end solution lifecycle.

Target salary range: $145,000 - 200,000
