Junior Business Analyst (Entry Level)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and validate business requirements.
• Analyze data sets to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Assist in project lifecycle management, from initial discovery to final user testing.
• Create visual process flows, user stories, and functional documentation.
• Should be a good leader with excellent management skills
• Create Business Requirements Specification Document
• Make the requirements and solutions understandable to both User as well as to the development team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
