What You’ll Do

• Regulatory Simplification: Translate new and existing laws into straightforward, accessible materials fro housing providers.
• Training & Education: Build learning tools—videos, quizzes, and other interactive content—that make compliance easier to understand.
• Resource Management: Keep our forms, checklists, and support documents up to date as laws evolve.
• Member Support: Provide accurate, well‑sourced answers to compliance questions from our members.

What You Bring
Must-Haves

• Experience designing adult learning materials that hold attention and drive retention.
• Experience with landlord‑tenant law or regulatory compliance.
• Skill in turning complex legal concepts into clear, actionable information.
• Strong writing abilities and a knack for engaging communication.
• Sharp attention to detail (if you spotted a typo in this posting, mention it in your application).

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with housing providers or property management.
• Comfort working within an LMS or certification environment.
• The ability to make even dry topics feel approachable.
• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, law, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Perks & Pay

• Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (Based on experience)
