Position Summary
The Customer Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring accurate processing in SAP, coordinating with planning and logistics teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Receive, review, and process customer orders via email or other channels.
· Accurately enter order details into SAP and manage order lifecycle.
· Own and maintain the Master Price List, ensuring accuracy of pricing, MOQ, MRQ, lead times, and product details.
· Validate and reconcile pricing data across SAP, customer communications, and internal records.
· Coordinate with Planning to confirm product availability, lead times, and delivery dates.
· Communicate confirmed order details and timelines to customers.
· Coordinate with logistics teams for shipment, pickup, and delivery arrangements.
· Ensure timely processing of shipping documentation and invoicing.
· Monitor order status and resolve post-shipment issues.
· Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and documentation.
· Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
· Prepare monthly sales reports and comparative analysis using Excel.
· Maintain and update open orders reports and customer databases.
· Track and report budget figures and progress to headquarters.
· Support sales presentations with data and reporting.
· Participate in meetings with internal teams.

Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in logistics, planning, or supply chain operations.
· Strong understanding of supply chain processes and product flow.
· Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Experience with SAP required.
· Experience in retail, beauty, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
· Experience with Retail Link and Illustrator is a plus.
· Strong teamwork and negotiation skills.
· Ability to collaborate with multinational teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
