I sent in an application online and after the first screening got emailed to complete a Cognitive Ability Assessment on Cognify. Once I passed that round, they sent over a Coding Assessment on HackerRank. They were prompt with their emails (all automated) and swift at moving the process along.
They respond quickly if they like your resume. The email you to signup for a hackerrank. There were 3 questions. Two of the question were coding and a third question was devops related.

I have applied online then cognitive assessment and coding challenge. Coding challenge needs about 2.5 hours. Coding questions have two regular algorithms and one Devops question. Still waiting for answer.
