IBM Staff Software Engineer (Band 7 Software Developer) interview questions

Three to four interviews. HR interview, Technical Interview, Second technical interview with client and a final one with management. I was interview by HR asking my salary expectations, then it followed by a technical interview by a DBA Mexico employee because the job position required a mix of DBA and Software Application Development skills. He asked me database questions, shell scripting, java very general concepts. Finally, after three weeks later, they arranged another meeting with US project team, they asked me very technical questions (easy to medium of difficulty ) and asked me if I was willing to work on Eastern time, meaning that they accepted me.
