IBM PLSQL Developer interview questions

It was a telephonic interview..in the IBM Hyderabad(India).interview took around 30min....experience was good..they mainly focused on PLSQL..they mainly conecntrated on the SQL Loader tool and collections.. what is SQL Loader? What is the difference truncate and replace in sql loader? what is the bulk bind? what is the difference between bulk bind and bulk collect? How do you handle exceptions in the bulk bind process? .... like this many questions..
