Worst process Ive ever been through, it was just a mess. I had originally applied online for a software management position. A recruitment manager reached out asked what I was expecting in salary and I said $85000 and they said they could accommodate that and set up a time for an interview. Before the interview they had sent me an online test to fill out which were pattern recognition, math and other IQ testing questions which took about an hour. The interview itself was rescheduled twice on about an hours notice. When the interview took place the interviewer did not ask any questions about my previous job role or my future career goals. He immediately jumped into a list of programs he wanted to know if I had any experience with. It lasted about 7 minutes. When it was my turn to ask questions I wanted to know more about the role but what he was discribing did not match the job description. He saod they were hiring 50 people and there would be 3months of Mon-Fri travel away from home for training and a 12month probation period then they would decide who to keep. It was a junior role which only paid $45000. I told him there must of been a misunderstanding as this was not the role I had applied for and left. I emailed the recruitment agent back to explain the situation and they forwarded me to a different agent to instructed me to retake the online testing. I told him I had done this already. I didnt hear back for 2 weeks and then they offered me a job but did not include the job title or description saying they'd figure out the details when I got here. It was all a very confusing waste of time. I cant believe such a successful company doesnt have better recruitment process.
