Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, HTTP protocols, authentication (OAuth2/JWT).
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka).
- Ability to read and analyze application logs and stack traces.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure) is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for integration applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to data flows, microservices, batch jobs, API failures, and system integrations.
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
- Troubleshoot issues in Java Spring Boot–based microservices including performance, availability, and functional failures.
- Monitor and support REST APIs, event-driven integrations, message queues (Kafka), and batch processes.
- Validate integration payloads (JSON/XML) and troubleshoot mapping issues.
- Respond proactively to alerts and system degradation.
- Participate in patching, releases, and deployment validation.
- Document SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
- Monitor system health using tools Dynatrace.
Salary Range: $120,000- $140,000 a year
