The Pig Pen Inc. is a family owned small business looking for a new sales representative with service in mind. We specialize in industrial, petrochemical and pipeline supplies, fabrication, and rentals. No cap on commissions!
We are currently looking for an experienced outside sales and service representative who wants and needs to succeed. Aggressive yet service oriented. Go-getter, Type A personality needed to succeed at this position.
The Pig Pen Inc. is a fast paced, multi-faceted company that manufactures pigs, filtration skids, custom fabrication projects and replacement parts. We also are a supplier of a complete and ever-expanding line of industrial products that include but are not limited to lifting equipment, pumps, seals, flanges, fittings, filters, plate, structural steel, valves, grating, expanded metals, and mesh. Ideal candidate would be:
· Proactive Sales Hunter
· Assigned 4-5 company accounts in Houston Area & New Business Development
· Focus on selling pipeline pigs, pumps and custom metal fabrication to end-users in the plant, oil and gas, and petrochemical industries in the surrounding Houston area (Pasadena, Deer Park, Galena Park, Freeport).
· Comfortable with working in a high-stress, fast-pasted environment. Please note, owner is a very difficult person to work with. Must have thick skin.
Must have:
-High school diploma mandatory, college education preferred
-Dependable car & valid driver’s license
-Cell phone
-This is an in-office position - must come into office.
-Ability to be self-starter and learn our product base knowledge quickly
Preferred Skills:
-Min 2 years of experience in outside sales
-Prior experience in petrochemical, pipelines, filtration or custom fabrication preferred but not necessary.
-Prior quickbooks experience to create own quotes.
Benefits:
-$60,000 Base Salary + commission
-Commission Paid on Gross Net of Invoice
-Health and Dental Insurance - paid 100% by the employers.
-Elective alternative insurance plans available through Aflac after successful completion of first 90 days.
-No cap on commission after meeting monthly sales goals
-1 week paid vacation for the first 5 years of service, 2 weeks paid vacation after 5+ years of service after successful completion of first 90 days.
-1 week paid sick leave each year after successful completion of first 90 days.
