Project Analyst

Imperial Utilities & Sustainability, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Analyst to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for a highly organized, analytical professional who enjoys solving complex problems, managing projects, working with clients, and being on a team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing client deliverables, analyzing large datasets, working on special projects with a high degree of critical thinking, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Analyze and interpret large datasets with a high degree of accuracy
• Prepare reports, recommendations, and client deliverables
• Work on special projects for customers that require a high degree of creativity, critical thinking and problem solving.
• Oversee project workflows and quality control
• Assist in mentoring team members
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management, business analytics, operations, or a related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Swift Work Pace
• Experience leading projects and coordinating team members
• Bachelor's degree required
